Today I want you to join me in this beautiful meditation to HEAL your inner child and connect with them. Your inner child has been trying to reach out to you! Can you hear them?
Your inner child has more wisdom than what you give them credit for. They can reveal pains, traumas from our past, fear about our future, emotions, and it all comes together into that inner dialogue. And once you hear them, you can stop and change it towards positivity.
Don’t allow those negative thoughts to rule over your life. Instead, next time you stumble over a negative inner dialogue, just stop, acknowledge it, forgive yourself, and shift it. Use this meditation to forgive yourself and tell your inner child that you love them.
